History Of EL Development
EL Development is a property developer that initially started as a business unit under its parent group, Evan Lim Group. EL Development has been a success story since it became its own company and has completed many redevelopment projects, including en bloc and government land sale sites. A total of more than 3,000 residential and industrial units have been developed by EL Development.
More recently they have won several awards for their projects including La Fiesta at FIABCI 2018 and Symphony Suites at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018-2019 which were awarded to them as a multiple residence award winner for the best architecture of all types – residential high-rise.
The Parc Riviera was awarded the “Best Residential High Rise Architecture” at the Asia Pacific Property Awards this year (2018)! This is an amazing accomplishment, especially considering that there were over 60 submissions in this category.
